5月15日下午2点，南京工业大学浦江学院商学院与江苏艾佳家居用品有限公司，有关校企合作讨论“艾D生计划”在校333会议室召开。

　　参加此次会议的主要人员有南京工业大学浦江学院商学院李院长、方院长、土木学院马院长、移动网络学院景院长以及代表“艾佳生活”公司的张经理。

　　“艾D生计划”是指艾佳生活为选拔、培养高级管理人才而定制的大学生甄选发展计划。先寻找符合艾佳生活未来战略发展需要的高潜能优秀大学生加入公司，然后通过公司1~2年科学的人才培养与系统的职业发展体系来提升学生们的业务技能和综合能力，最终成为高级的管理人才，为未来就业打下良好基础。

　　“艾D生计划”正好符合南京工业大学浦江学院“工本位”的独特办学特色、培养“应用型、创新型、高素养、国际化”人才的办学目标。双方针对“艾D生计划”中的具体事项展开热烈讨论并且希望日后建立友好的合作关系，达到培养高品质人才，改善未来就业问题这一高目标。

　　On May 15th , a conference about the " Ai D students porject "between the Nanjing Tech University Pujiang Institute and the“Ihomefnt ”Company，the meeting was held in meeting room 333.The staff of the Business School、Architecture School，Mobile Network School and the manager of the“ihomefnt” attended in this meeting.Ai D students porject is strive to select and train superior management talents. Looking for the future of the development of 'ihomefnt'needs of the high potential of outstanding college students to join the company.
